These unique Executive Retreats are convened and led by Aspirall. We provide the framework,

The 10th Aspirall Integral Leaders Retreat marked a milestone, set where rainforest meets reef. The Retreat called for elevated, brave and thoughtful leadership, inviting participants to adventure into nature and reflect on generational impact all whilst awakening new levels of insight and clarity on their individual power as changemakers. After the global disruption of 2020, this Retreat was a celebration of resilience, renewal and the enduring power of conscious leadership. The program fostered deep thoughtfulness, connection and the creation of a better society through legacy, peace and love.

Attendees reflected on their hero’s journey, gifts and purpose. Activities included mapping life cycles, choosing animal totems and exploring authentic leadership.

Executive women gathered for a Retreat designed to honour the fullness of their being, inviting exploration of both light and shadow. Activities ranged from gentle yoga and bush walks to guided journaling and creative expression; all aimed at supporting participants to deliver their purpose more powerfully in the world. Focusing on sustainability and leadership impact, the retreat emphasised the importance of personal resilience and conscious leadership. The 2017 Sacred Odyssey was a celebration of authentic connection, nurturing the spirit and expanding the capacity for world service hosted for integral women leaders from across Australia. Through guided reflection, movement and shared experience, attendees honoured both their strengths and vulnerabilities. Attendees honoured generosity, acceptance and celebration of feminine leadership as highlights, with each participant experiencing deep reflection and personal growth through a commitment to sustainability and conscious stewardship.
