The Power of Trust - A Deeply Moving Evening
We recently had the great pleasure of Aspirall partnering with QIC Head of Infrastructure Ross Israel, sponsored by Kylie Rampa, CEO, hosting a profound and timely conversation about The Power of Trust: “It’s the glue of life built from the inside out.”
Under the stars on a planet that is calling forward immediate and sustainable outcomes for our future generations, leaders gathered and immersed themselves in moving conversations about the power of Trust.

We were welcomed to the land of the Gadigal People of the Eora Nation by Yvonne Weldon AM, a proud Wiradjuri woman and the first Aboriginal person in 180 years to be elected to the City of Sydney Council in 2021. Yvonne connected us to place, to our shared history and our shared accountability for the future we create together. Her message and sharing were whispers of wisdom.
Conversations bubbled over with emotion, meaning and inspiration provoked by Dr Gregory Smith OAM, who generously shared his Hero's journey of deep trust and extraordinary transformation. His sharing was vulnerable, deeply authentic, funny, confronting and provocative... the perfect recipe for rich and fruitful conversation to continue all throughout the evening.
Kylie Rampa, QIC CEO, closed the evening with an exquisite sharing and reflection on what the Power of Trust means for our shared leadership, leaving us all with a deep sense of connection, meaning and motivation.
